It is available at the Adobe website as free software.  The reason I uploaded the files both as word documents and as PDF files is that search engines do not index word documents files. In contrast, PDF files are indexed. Thus if you search for "Singin' the Blues" and there is only a word file, the engine will not find it. However, the search will find "Singin' the Blues" if the phrase is included in a PDF file. There are two other advantages to PDF files. First, they are smaller and therefore faster to download. Second, they open in the same page as the index page. Thus to go to the index page, all is needed is click on the back arrow.
